Ben graduated from Pratt Institute (Interior Design) New York, and attended further design studies at the prestigious Domus Academy in Italy. Prior to Identity, he worked with several of New York's top design company including Michael Peters Group and Walker and Associate.

In Thailand he worked with top design company including Design 103, Urban Architects, Woods Bagot, IA 103, Rkd retail/iQ/m2/sec., and Concept International Design (concept i)

He is a licensed Interior Architect in Thailand.

Tui's background includes experience of contemporary retail design, specialty shop, F & B,and shopping mall. Her design emphasis on integration of interior / architecture to outstanding character by graphics and signage. Her experience at this time is spread throughout Bangkok and Thailand.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

A versatile and experienced Project Manager, with excellent hands-on experience in developing and managing commercial and residential projects. An assertive manager with outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation and people management skills.

Philip graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering in 1992; he has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma course in International Construction Management conducted by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Philip, the Projects Director is also the founder of Deonus Associates. He brings with him the experience as a Senior Project Manager of multi million dollar high rise construction projects, as an Assistant General Manager and Quality Management representative of a Construction Firm and also in overseeing Design and Build projects involving Good Class Bungalows in Singapore which involves sourcing of exclusive finishing materials from overseas.

Over the last four years, Philip has also undertaken several retail projects and resort projects in the Maldives, of which two resorts are of five and six stars standards.

His well honed skills in organizing, planning and executing projects with high cost efficiency would enable him to lead the team to undertake any design and build projects. With his management skill and quality management experience, iDENTiTY is confident in completing projects on time without compromising on quality.
